Irma builds relationships with clients on a foundation of compassion, empathy, respect, and authenticity—no judgment, no pretense. She makes therapy straightforward and approachable, creating a safe, confidential space for healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Irma works with adults, seniors, and members of BIPOC communities. She specializes in mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, as well as grief, childhood trauma, life transitions, and women’s concerns. How much does it cost?
The cost of therapy services depends on your individual insurance benefits. To avoid unexpected expenses, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider before booking your appointment. This will help you understand any deductible requirements and your expected co-payment or out-of-pocket costs.
Please note that if your deductible has not yet been met, you will be responsible for 100% of the session fee until your deductible is fulfilled.
Once you book your appointment, our therapist will reach out to you by phone within 24 hours to confirm your session. Calls will come from 775-386-2778. During this call, we will also let you know whether your insurance benefits were successfully verified and provide an estimate of your cost per session, so you can feel informed and prepared ahead of time.

To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, insurance verification must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If we are unable to verify your insurance within this timeframe, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled once verification is complete. This helps us avoid unexpected costs and ensures clarity before your visit.
